You may choose to memorialize your loved one(s) by paying $21 per name; or a one-time charge of $360 per name for a lifetime entry. Lifetime entries will appear in the book for as long as it is published.

Lock in last year’s rate of $20 per name when you submit the form with payment to the office by Friday, May 17, 2024.
